Another group of minor bug fixes. If all goes well, this should be the last set of changes made for this game during the voting period for ShroomJam!

• Downgraded from Godot 4.5 to Godot 4.4.1. This solves the issue where the game appears upside down when using Game Capture in OBS.
• Fixed the effect of Cool Hat not resetting when restarting from round one.
• Made a tiny change to the tagline for Cool Glasses to make the phrasing consistent.
